I bought a watch from Canada it was sent via parcelforce, parcelforce staff stole the watch. Parcel force just laughed and said claim on my insurance, postal insurance is always with the sender so I lost £700.

Do not use them and insist your sender do not use them.

You can not find parcel forces address on the web which tells me they want to void contact with their customers.

I sent a antique sword to Germany via Parcelfarce. It took 15 days to get there and the parcel was damaged and my buyer demanded his money back. I tried to claim for the damage and filled in the form with attached pictures and even a CD with pictures. No response. Two months later I phoned and was told they didn't handle "Antiques, weapons, firearms.I pointed out that the parcel had a customs form saying it was an "Antique Sword" with a value of £1000 and that they were more than willing to accept the postage payment plus the insurance premium. What a bunch of muppets!Next time I will use Fedex.
